Offer and Jobs

OPTIMIK will help you create offers quickly and comfortably. All you have to do is enter the products and their components (or select them from the Catalogue), and the program will automatically calculate prices and quantities of all necessary materials, as well as cutting plans.

You can then easily create actual jobs from the accepted offers, which you can then send to Production all at once or in parts. Here, you can achieve additional material savings by creating a shared cutting plan for components from several orders.


Products and Parts

You can include an unlimited number of products in each offer or order. Each product can consist of an unlimited number of components, and each component can also comprise several operations and materials (e.g., multilayer boards with different edging tapes and accessories such as handles, hinges, etc.). Dimensions, operations, and materials can also be entered as product parameters, so that changing a parameter will automatically update all corresponding components.


Cutting plans

Fast and efficient calculation of cutting plans is available for all flat and bar materials. You can influence the calculation by adjusting various parameters (e.g., kerf, trimming, cutting method, preferences, etc.) and specifying the input material.


Production

Selected components from one or more jobs are consolidated here in a shared production batch. Here, you can monitor its status (whether it is being prepared for production, in production, or has already been produced) as well as automatically reserve or issue all the necessary materials from the stock.


Documents

Received and issued invoices, advance invoices, receipts, expenses, orders, delivery notes, as well as the ability to define your own types of documents. There's an unlimited number of documents of any type, including categories, items, and subheadings. The documents can be optionally linked to the stock, enabling them to automatically update the supply or reservation status.


Payments

A straightforward recording of income and expenses is provided. While it may not be a comprehensive accounting system, it can still assist you, for instance, in tracking your invoice payments or monitoring material expenditures. Small traders can also utilize it as a simplified tax record for their income and expenses.


Product catalogue

You can register your product range in the catalogue once and conveniently duplicate it for each new offer or job. Naturally, you can modify the material, dimensions, or other parameters, thereby generating numerous other product variations automatically.


Stock

You can accurately record various materials and goods in stock. Each stock item can also encompass several "sub-stocks" (such as various formats for flat and bar materials), and for each of them, additional information can be included, such as storage location, expiration date, individual price, and quantity.


Business partners

Your customers, suppliers, and clients are all consolidated in one location. This is a well-organized list of your business associates, complete with a historical overview of their contact information and the capability to filter using multiple criteria.
